MeeboMe!

Last week I installed a meebome widget on the right sidebar of my blog. It shows you whether or not I’m online, and if I’m online, you can send me an instant message (or IM) from the site, and I’ll respond in no time!

This afternoon I got an IM from Jay Hicks of [5280]Denver Homes, and we started a great conversation about real estate and blogging. Turn out Jay is a Realtor, also in his second year of business.
