		<description>Retiring comfortable becomes easy once you own income-producing real estate free and clear. And you really don&#039;t need that much to have an excellent retirement income.

There&#039;s no real reason to get out of real estate, either, as it will always produce income. As a matter of fact, if you make sure it&#039;s being managed right, the income will always keep pace with inflation.

The trick, then lies in getting into your first property or two, and paying them off as swiftly as you can.
