The foundation of successful investing is education.  Without knowing what is happening in your market, it’s tough to make the good investments that should form the foundation of your millionaire real estate portfolio.

Locally, the real estate market in Kitchener Waterloo is very healthy; in August 2009 there were 594 homes sold, the 2nd busiest August every on the MLS, and so far there have been 4,433 sales (YTD August 31), making 2009 the 3rd busiest year ever for the Kitchener Waterloo MLS area. 

Overall, we’re seeing a healthy market in the area, driven by lots of activity in the condo market.  Many of our clients are focusing on the condo section of the Kitchener Waterloo Real Estate market, including some great opportunities on new developments.
